For my husband and I it was truly a trip of a lifetime. The additional bonus was to have a guide like Dion, he made the whole trip an unforgetable experience with his remarkable memory of the area and delivered it in such a way that was interesting, amusing,and informative.

Amazing!!!
Incredible time- saw 3 whales, a massive pod of dolphins and albatrosses to boot- just great!!
My wife unfortunately missed it due to a sea sickness warning but company more than happy to offer a full refund on our booked costs-very happy with the service provided.

Milford Sound Experience
We thoroughly enjoyed the bus and boat tour however we thought the timetable was too tight. The bus driver admitted he had missed out two photo opportunities because we were running late.
As the tour was a relatively long day we thought there would be two bus drivers (to prevent one form exceeding his limit) If there were two drivers and the tour started earlier and ended a bit later there would be planty of time to do all the photo stops either on the way to Milford or on the way back to Queenstown. The passengers could also have longer breaks en-route.

Fantastic experience
Every aspect of our trip to Milford Sound was excellent. Our driver was informative, coach was comfortable, the Encounter boat trip was very enjoyable, the picnic lunch provided was more than adequate, and we were picked up and dropped off close to our accommodation.
